Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and United Kingdom. All orders include free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

US orders: 7–15 business days. UK orders: 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer express shipping?

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing them. Email us at support@gagetrush.store as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage at support@gagetrush.store and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your card details.
